How do I get access to First Aid FAST?
To access First Aid FAST, you will need your St John Ambulance first aid course reference to register. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and enter your St John Ambulance first aid course reference to register.
Which courses will give me access to First Aid FAST?
Currently, only select courses are given access to first aid fast for the duration of their certificate, those courses are:
- First Aid at Work (All learning styles will get access)
- Emergency First Aid at Work
- First Aid at Work Requalification (All learning styles will get access)
- Paediatric First Aid
How do I reset my password?
You can set your password when you register for the app. If you need to reset your password at any time, please visit www.classprofessional.co.uk/app-reset
If you already have access to another Class Publishing app, such as iCPG and ParaPass, you can use the same login details.
Can I view the app on a bigger screen?
Yes. A website version of the app is available at www.sjafirstaid.co.uk

Where do I find my course reference number?
Your course trainer will have given you the course training number to note down if you were unable to access the app on the course, it will also be sent to you in our welcome email 1-2 weeks after you take the course. If you are still struggling to access the app please contact workplace-training@sja.org.uk
