Delivery options and shipping costs

Standard Delivery

Subject to availability, your order will be delivered in 2-3 working days. Online orders over £150 (excluding VAT and delivery) receive free standard delivery.

Standard delivery charge is £5.95 ex. VAT (£7.14 inc. VAT) per order.

Guernsey and Jersey: Standard delivery charge is £7.95 ex. VAT (£9.54 inc. VAT) per order. Please allow 5 working days.

Next Day Delivery


Delivery next working day throughout most of the UK mainland. The charge is £11.70 ex. VAT (£14.04 inc. VAT) per order. Your order must be placed by 2pm for delivery on the following working day.

Please note:

  1. For all delivery options other than standard, your order must be placed by 2pm for delivery on the following day.
  2. Working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
  3. Delivery times are subject to the availability of goods. Please check the 'Delivery Information' section on the product page before placing your order.

Shipping to PO boxes

We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Deliveries are by courier, therefore we need a full delivery address.

International customers

Charges on overseas orders are subject to complex pricing regulations. Please contact Customer Services to complete your order on 0344 770 4800.
