This page is dedicated to our Shipping Policy in relation to our physical products we provide our customers.

Delivery options and shipping costs

Standard delivery

Subject to availability, your order will be delivered within five working days. Online orders over £150 (excluding VAT and delivery) receive free standard delivery.

Our standard delivery charge is £5.95 ex. VAT (£7.14 inc. VAT) per order.

For orders to Guernsey and Jersey our standard delivery charge is £7.95 ex. VAT (£9.54 inc. VAT) per order.

Next Day delivery by noon

Delivery next working day by 12.00 hours throughout most of the UK mainland. The charge is £11.70 ex. VAT (£14.04 inc. VAT) per order. Your order must be placed by 2pm for delivery on the following working day.

Please note:

  1. For all delivery options other than standard, your order must be placed by 2pm for delivery on the following day.
  2. Working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
  3. Delivery times are subject to the availability of goods. Please check the 'Delivery Information' section on the product page before placing your order.

Shipping to PO boxes

We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Deliveries are by courier, therefore we need a full delivery address.

International customers

Charges on overseas orders are subject to complex pricing regulations. Please contact Customer Services to complete your order on 0344 770 4800.
