At St John Ambulance we love training you and your teams to be First Aid ready, however there are ocasions where we may have to cancel a course be it extreme weather or venue related problems. In the event we do cancel a course we will do our very best to contact each delegate individually.

How to make a change to a booked course.

Can I change the course date?

Please contact us on 0344 770 4800 or workplace-training@sja.org.uk if you wish to transfer your booking to another individual or training course.

Please note: Transfers may be subject to a transfer fee. Delegate name changes are free of charge.

How do I cancel a booked course?

Please call customer services on 0344 770 4800 or email us at workplace-training@sja.org.uk. Please provide your name, address, details of the booking and, where available, your phone number and email address.

Please note cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
