Promotional Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all promotions offered exclusively via our website.

1. Eligibility

Promotions are valid only on purchases and bookings made through our official website. They do not apply to direct contact centre sales, third-party retailers or locations unless explicitly stated. Promotions apply to selected products, product collections, and training courses, and are subject to availability.

2. Types of Promotions

Promotions may include, but are not limited to:

  • “Was/Now” pricing or percentage (%) discounts applied directly to products or training courses
  • Discounts applied via promotional/discount codes
  • Buy One Get One offers
  • Free shipping promotions (products only)
  • Promotional pricing or discounts on training course bookings

3. Discount Application

  • Promotions/discounts may be applied automatically at checkout or require entry of a valid discount code
  • Only one promotion and/or discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Promotions/discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases or bookings
  • All promotions are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice
  • Promotions may be time limited. Start and end dates will be clearly stated at the point of promotion.
  • Total basket promotions/discounts will be applied across all products within the basket equally
  • Individual course or product discounts will be shown with a was/now price and the now price will be applied to the basket at product level
  • Discounts apply to full-price items only, unless otherwise stated
  • Any discount code used outside of these terms will be rejected. We are not liable for any such rejection or cancellation

4. Buy One Get One (BOGO) Offers

  • BOGO promotions can apply to products and training course bookings
  • Customers must purchase a minimum of two qualifying items of the same product, or from an eligible product collection, of the same course or from an eligible course collection
  • Items do not need to be of equal value; the discount will apply to the lowest-priced qualifying item or course
  • Shipping costs may still apply in the event promotional products are part of the offer are under the free shipping threshold.

Offer types and examples:

  • BOGOF (Buy one get one free): The lowest-priced item is free (100% discount)
  • BOGOHP (Buy One Get One Half Price): The lowest-priced item receives a 50% discount

e.g. Purchase item/course A (£300) and item/course B (£200):

  • BOGOF → £200 item is free (total £300)
  • BOGOHP → £200 item discounted to £100 (total £400)

5. Shipping Promotions (Products Only)

  • Minimum order values and geographic restrictions may apply
  • Additional charges may apply for express delivery services or remote / non-mainland UK locations

6. Returns & Refunds (Products Only)

  • Refunds are calculated at product level based on the price paid after any promotional discount
  • All product refunds are subject exclusively to our Supplies Terms & Conditions
  • Customers must contact Customer Services before returning any items; Section 11 (Cancellation by Consumers) of the Supplies Terms and Conditions apply
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a restocking fee if returned items do not meet these conditions as detailed in Section 11 (Cancellation by Consumers) of the Supplies Terms and Conditions
  • Faulty promotional items are handled in accordance with Section 10 (Refunds, Repairs and Replacements) of our Supplies terms and conditions

BOGO Promotions:

  • Both items must be returned together to receive a full refund
  • If only one item is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the full (non-promotional) price of the retained item

Shipping Promotions:

  • If a full order is returned, no shipping costs will be refunded where free shipping was applied
  • If a partial return reduces the order below any minimum shipping spend threshold, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from the refund

7. Training Courses – Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

  • All training course bookings, cancellations, transfers, and refunds are subject exclusively to our Training Terms & Conditions
  • Where a refund is issued, it will reflect the price paid after any promotional discount has been applied
  • If a booking is amended, transferred, or partially used, any promotional discount may be adjusted or withdrawn

Buy one get one (BOGO) Promotions:

  • If a course from a BOGO offer is cancelled and is subject to a refund, the refund will reflect the price paid after any promotional discount has been applied.
  • If in the event the full price course is cancelled and is subject to a refund then the refund may be adjusted to reflect the full (non-promotional) price of the retained course.
  • There may be additional charges based on the circumstances and timing of any cancellation or transfer request – see our Training Terms and Conditions.

8. Exclusions

  • Certain products, collections, or training courses may be excluded from promotions and will be clearly identified
  • Promotions may exclude oversized, heavy, or specialist items (including for shipping offers)
  • Special order items and digital products (warranties, and maintenance/service plans) are excluded from promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • eLearning courses are excluded from all promotions / discounts

9. General

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders or bookings where promotions have been applied incorrectly due to error or misuse
  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice
  • By participating in any promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions and our general terms and conditions

SPECIFIC

The following terms and conditions apply to specific promotions over and above our consolidated terms above.

  • Customers will receive x20 free Anaphylaxis eLearning Courses when they book a 12-person Onsite First Aid at Work training course before Friday 18th December 2026.
  • Customers must book one of the following courses as an Onsite booking to qualify: Schools first aid course, first aid at work course, emergency first aid at work course, paediatric first aid course, or a mental health first aid course.
  • Customers must be within the Education sector which includes Schools and Early Years.
  • Customers must follow the single purchase Moodle journey to apply their voucher code for a free course.
  • Once active, this must be redeemed before Thursday 31st December 2026.
  • If the customer cancels their Onsite First Aid at Work training course, any code redemptions will be charged at £32.50+ VAT as per their cancellation fee.
  • All training course bookings, cancellations, transfers, and refunds are subject exclusively to our Training Terms & Conditions.
  • Only one promotion and/or discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • All promotions are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • Discounts apply to full-price items only, unless otherwise stated.
  • Any discount code used outside of these terms will be rejected. We are not liable for any such rejection or cancellation.

  • Customers will receive x12 free Mental Health Creating a Supportive Workplace eLearning Courses when they book an Onsite Emergency First Aid at Work training course before Friday 31st July 2026.
  • Customers will receive their free eLearning code once the course has been attended.
  • Once active, the code must be redeemed within 6 months.
  • All training course bookings, cancellations, transfers, and refunds are subject exclusively to our Training Terms & Conditions.
  • Only one promotion and/or discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • All promotions are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • Discounts apply to full-price items only, unless otherwise stated.

Offer: The first 250 schools to successfully subscribe receive a 20% discount on a first-year subscription to Medical Tracker for St John Ambulance customers.

Dates live: 1st December 2025 - 31st March 2026.

Discount: 20%.

Subscription: Medical Tracker platform (inclusion of multi-factor authentication (MFA), customer support and resources).

Terms and Conditions: This discount is only available when booking a demonstration of Medical Tracker via any 'Book a demo' landing page. This discount applies to the first 250 successful subscription purchased via St John Ambulance between 1st December 2025 and 31st March 2026. This offer is exclusive to schools and early years settings and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Percentage discounts on Medical Tracker subscriptions will reviewed monthly to ascertain their efficacy.
