1. St John Ambulance Free Anaphylaxis Course Promotion Terms & Conditions
- Customers will receive x20 free Anaphylaxis eLearning Courses when they book a 12-person Onsite First Aid at Work training course before Friday 18th December 2026
- Customers must book one of the following courses as an Onsite booking to qualify: Schools first aid course, first aid at work course, emergency first aid at work course, paediatric first aid course, or a mental health first aid course
- Customers must be within the Education sector which includes Schools and Early Years
- Customers must follow the single purchase Moodle journey to apply their voucher code for a free course
- Once active, this must be redeemed before Thursday 31st December 2026
- If the customer cancels their Onsite First Aid at Work training course, any code redemptions will be charged at £32.50+ VAT as per their cancellation fee
- All training course bookings, cancellations, transfers, and refunds are subject exclusively to our Training Terms & Conditions
- Only one promotion and/or discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise

- Customers will receive x12 free Mental Health Creating a Supportive Workplace eLearning Courses when they book an Onsite Emergency First Aid at Work training course before Friday 31st July 2026
- Customers will receive their free eLearning code once the course has been attended
- Once active, the code must be redeemed within 6 months
- All training course bookings, cancellations, transfers, and refunds are subject exclusively to our Training Terms & Conditions

Ambulance or 10% discount for those that book a Onsite workplace first

This discount applies to all scheduled staff training courses booked before 31st March 2026 - courses to be attended before 30th June 2026. This offer only applies to schools and early years settings and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. The 25% applies to full card rate prices and does not include on-site courses.
T&C’s for 10% discount: This discount is only available when booking by phone or contacting by email and quoting the code MT25. This discount applies to all full card rate prices for onsite staff training courses booked before 31st March 2026 - courses to be attended before 30th June 2026. This offer only applies to schools and early years settings and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
4. Medical Tracker - Referral Discount for St John Ambulance Customers
Offer: The first 250 schools to successfully
subscribe receive a 20% discount on a first-year subscription to Medical Tracker for St John Ambulance customers.
Dates live: 1st December 2025 - 31st March 2026
Discount: 20%
Subscription: Medical Tracker platform (inclusion of multi-factor authentication (MFA), customer support and resources).
T&C’s: This discount is only available when booking a demonstration of Medical Tracker via any 'Book a demo' landing page. This discount applies to the first 250 successful subscription purchased via St John Ambulance between 1st December 2025 and 31st March 2026. This offer is exclusive to schools and early years settings and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Percentage discounts on Medical Tracker subscriptions will reviewed monthly to ascertain their efficacy.
