This half-day course provides essential skills to recognise and respond to severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) quickly and effectively. It is ideal for anyone responsible for the care of individuals at risk of anaphylaxis, including school staff, childcare providers, and community carers.
Our Anaphylaxis First Aid course combines practical training with expert guidance on using auto-injectors and managing life-threatening emergencies. Delegates will learn how to identify early signs of anaphylaxis, administer adrenaline safely, and provide ongoing care until professional help arrives.
This course is perfect for environments where allergies are a concern, helping you build confidence and competence in emergency response. Upon completion, delegates receive a St John Ambulance certificate valid for three years.
