Course Modules / Sections

This annual refresher typically revisits the core areas of first aid:

  • Primary Survey (DRABC) – refreshing your understanding of assessing a casualty and prioritising actions.
  • Unresponsive Casualty – how to check responsiveness, open the airway and maintain breathing safely.
  • CPR Refresher – a reminder of adult CPR steps and the use of an AED.
  • Bleeding & Shock – essential actions for managing external bleeding and recognising signs of shock.
  • Minor Injuries – a recap on dealing with everyday workplace incidents such as cuts, burns and sprains.
