  • LITE Assessment
    Discover the four-step process (Load, Individual, Task, Environment) to assess risks before lifting.
  • Techniques
    Step-by-step demonstrations for safe lifting from floor, waist, and head height, plus two-stage lifts, team lifts, and trolley loading. Includes the Golden Rules of Manual Handling.
