To have the most effective training, proper and fully functioning equipment should be in place when students are practising life-saving skills. These replacement valves are for the PractiMan Advanced and PractiMan Plus training manikins, and should be installed when existing valves are losing their effectiveness.

The unique valve design on the PractiMan manikins have a no-return system with a small ball inside them. If the valve is shaken, the ball can be heard. When the valve contains moisture, the ball no longer makes a noise. This is the way to check that the valve needs to be replaced with a dry one, so that it works correctly.

In a few simple steps, starting by removing the head, the replacement valves can be installed and ready for the next training session. No technical knowledge is needed, so it will suit even non-technical users. Store these in a training manikin kit, or keep them in a vehicle for when travelling between classes.
